Woodwork.
Whether it’s a cutting board, coffee table, side table, serving tray, home decor, or a combination of wood and metal. We have you covered. Sometimes we may even have something premade that will sweep you off your feet. Don’t hesitate to reach out about a custom project that you have in mind.
CAD Design.
Do you have an idea that needs to be created in a computer for 3D printing, Machining, or Prototyping. We can create that model for you using drawings or taking measurements. The final model can be used in many forms of digital fabrication, rendering, or website embedding.
Metalwork.
Here at Gavin Industries we love metal work. We use it to create art, furniture, brackets, heat shields, and many other parts. Although we don’t have much in the way of metal working tools in house, we are resourceful in completing projects that require it. When it comes to art or furniture, we just love the look of metal and wood combined.
3D Printing.
Using any of our 3 in-house 3D printers (Formlabs Form 2, Prusa i3 Mk3, Anycubic Photon) we have your project covered. Parts or jigs can be printed and reiterated for rapid prototyping, or end use. 3D printing is great for anything from a custom one off part to a fun desktop decoration, or even metal casting.
CNC Machining.
Our MillRight Mega V will handle any job up to 35” x 35”. We are extremely excited to be expanding our offerings and incorporating CNC machining of wood and soft metals into our repertoire of making. Check back soon, we’re sure you won’t be disappointed in what we’ll soon be creating with this fantastic machine.
Prototyping.
Sometimes you have a great idea but don’t know how to implement it. That’s where Gavin Industries comes in. Computer models can be created and problems found before and during creation. Parts can be printed in house and fitments tested, or the models can be used to have a 3rd party company aid us in seeing your idea to fruition.
